Celestia, a modular data availability network, empowers anyone to launch their own blockchain by separating transaction ordering and data verification (decoupling execution from consensus). This innovative approach leverages data availability sampling, where light nodes verify data by checking small random portions of each block. This system scales with the number of users – the more participants, the more data the network can handle, allowing for larger block sizes without increased verification costs.
