Description
This is a software upgrade proposal for the Injective Nivara Mainnet Upgrade. If passed, this proposal would commit the Injective Chain to halt at block height 106315000 (approximately 14:47 UTC on February 17th 2025) and resume with the v1.14.0 version of the Injective Chain application binary.

The Nivara chain upgrade proposal introduces several new capabilities, features, and improvements for Injective:

- <strong>Strengthened Exchange Module Security:</strong> Adds market fund isolation for derivative and binary options markets to bolster reliability across Injective exchange dApps
- <strong>Reinforced Injective Bridge Security:</strong> Added protective measures including segregated wallet implementation for potentially suspicious deposits, enforced batch fee constraints, and new event logging for successful deposits
